The Orchestral Repertoire Coaching course, taught by program faculty and guests, is a four-semester, two-year sequence of coaching sessions, on the craft of orchestral performance techniques. 本课程提供对不同风格和时期的管弦乐曲目的深入和集中的学习和表演经验. Three formats and different environments for learning are used for coaching: weekly instrumental sessions taught by program faculty (lessons); monthly instrumental sectionals conducted by program faculty and guest artists; and quarterly wind/brass/percussion readings conducted by both staff and guest conductors.

• Repertoire classes: Strings, 管乐器和铜管乐器每学期有六节曲目课, and horns and trumpets will have eight.  In addition, violins will have six studio classes

• Master Classes: Two master classes per year

• Special Performances: Participate in all scheduled off-campus performances.
